3. Activity Requirements
• For PE 10-3 = 50 hours (10 weeks)
• **30 hours must be externally supervised**
• In PE 10-5 (20 & 30) = 85 hours of physical activity (14
weeks)
• **55 hours must be externally supervised**
4. Activity Logs
• Due 3 times in the course
• PE 10-3 –every 3 weeks
• PE 10-5 |20&30 – every 4 weeks

5. Qualified External Supervision
• Must be someone who is certified
• Have a Provincial or National certification
• Ensures your safety
• Ensures you are learning skills associated with that activity
• Someone who can verify what you did when you did it
