● The first website went live in
November 1991.
● In 1993 we had the launch of the
search. Introduction of ALIWEB
(Archie Like Indexing for the WEB).
This was considered the first
search engine.

pages in 1993. MTV launched its

● Then went on to using Ads in 1994.
The birth of online marketing.
Started first by Hotwire now Wired.

● In 2000 paypal was took off even
though it started in 1999.
● In 2003 the world’s leading Content
