1. The WebOrganic Mentorship Programme 2015-16 outlines a schedule of activities and responsibilities for mentors to guide underprivileged youth in developing digital portfolios and broadening their learning horizons through online resources. 2. The schedule includes mentor trainings in September, a kick-off ceremony in October, and at least 4 meetings between mentors and mentees from October to December to complete the youth's e-portfolios. 3. Mentors are responsible for attending trainings, organizing meetings with mentees, learning about challenges faced by underprivileged youth, and encouraging them to use online learning platforms. Community partners will provide at least 2 follow-ups to mentors.

註：除以上四節指定會面或活動外，友師可按學員的學習情況另行安排會面節數，以加強關
係及提升學習成效。
Mentors are required to arrange at least 4 meetings or activities for mentees, in order
to assist mentee. Below are the suggested topics:
 Healthy use of the Internet
 Use of Internet and related software for effective web-based learning

Remark: In addition to the above four designated meetings or activities, mentors may

Mentors organize Closing Ceremony or tertiary institute visit for mentees
(WebOrganic will present certificates to mentors and mentees) [District-based.
友師責任 Responsibilities of Mentor:
1. 出席培訓及學員友師配對活動
2. 組織最少 4 次與學員會面/活動以完成個人簡歷
3. 了解基層學童生活及學習上的挑戰
4. 鼓勵基層學童拓闊學習視野，善用網上學習平台
5. 籌辦閉幕禮
1. Attend training and Mentee-Mentor Matching activity
2. Organize at least 4 meetings and activities to co-create mentee’s digital portfolios
3. Learn the challenges faced by underprivileged children on living and learning

「有機上網」的地區合作夥伴將就以上的師友活動作最少 2 次的面見、電話或電郵跟進，以便了解友師及學員的關係、學
員的學習進度、當中所遇到的困難等，以及時提供支援。
In order to follow-up the learning progress of both mentors and mentees and provide timely support,
WebOrganic’s Community Partners will provide at least 2 follow-up sessions to mentors through interview,
telephone call or email.
