• FiCem‐Technology Consultant was created with the experience of more than three decades (30+) of
exclusive dedication to the industry of fiber cement with asbestos fibers, Natural Fibers, Synthetic fibers
and/or a combination among these by using technologies of fabrication such as Hatschek, Flow‐on and
subsequent treatments of Drying, “Autoclave” and Pressing.
• FiCem‐Technology Consultant has a team of professionals, who are thoroughly trained, with broad
knowledge and working experience in several factories in Latin America among the fields of Production,
Finishing, Maintenance, Design, Projects, Technological Restructuring, Turn‐over, Human Resources,
Logistics, Suppliers and Reporting.
• FiCem‐Technology Consultant offer “turn key” Industrial Plants and is also involved in activities such
supplying Machinery, Equipment, Spare parts, essential tools, steel molds, dividers, as well as raw
material, inputs and other materials, all of these with the highest quality and performance.
• FiCem‐Technology Consultant is a company that identifies with quality 100%, as well as process accuracy,
management systems that focus in the continuous improvement, occupational health and security,

3. About us
• FiCem‐Technology Consultant offer a 100 % clean Fiber Cement Technology, environmentally friendly, full
recyclable, non‐asbestos, no silica but, all natural cellulose fibers (virgin and/or recycled, different types).
• One production line capacity »/= 200 Tons/day
• Recycled water treatment system is also available as well as solid waste recycle system. Reduced CO2
emissions avoiding damage to the environment.
• Our flat sheets are low to medium density from 1.00 to 1.25 Kg/dm3 and 4 to 30 mm. thickness; 8, 9 and
10 feet long by 4 feet width. Complies with ISO standards.
• Our product is treated in first curing chambers after the forming machine, then treated in secondary
chambers and finally dried in oven.
• Our final product is 100 % workable and versatile. The main properties are: Sanding, Cutting, Engraving,
Screwing, Drilling, Nailing, Painting and many other convenient attributes more.
• Product applications ranging from Ceiling, Edging, Floors and Mezzanine to indoor and outdoor uses like
Walls, Siding, Trim, etc.
• Machinery, Equipment & Tools comes mainly from US & Europe manufacturers and some or more,
manufactured locally, depending on the client..
4. About us
• For confidentiality reasons, and until we have signed a formal pre agreement , we cannot detail and reveal
our manufacturing sources for Machinery, Equipment and Tools. What we can guarantee and ensure is
that all the machinery, equipment and tools are and will be of the highest quality and with US & European
seal. We have been working with these qualified suppliers for more than 30 years. On the other side, we
can evaluate local manufacturers too.
• It is very important you understand that FiCem‐Technology Consultant is not offering a commercial
common Fiber Cement production line. We offer you a modern Fiber cement Technology, clean and
Ecoefficient, with no pollution, no use of hazardous materials to health and the environment, recyclable at
all. We offer this technology to manufacture a versatile product that meets quality standards ISO and has
great attributes.
• For your reference, and because of implications for all known for the use of asbestos on health, we were
active participants in the transformation of Asbestos Cement Technology replacing it with a new Fiber
Cement Technology in Latin America during the 80's .
