6. Basic engineering
• Among the basic engineering services that Lapsolite offers

-Identify and support the downstream manufacturing processes

14. Ducts
• Among the specialties of Lapsolite is the manufacture of pipelines used to
transport gases, normally used in extraction, injection and gas scrubbing systems,
being able to manufacture ducts of a variety of sizes to meet our customers needs.

16. Water treatment systems
• Lapsolite offers the analysis, feasibility, selection, design, construction,
assembly and start-up of systems for the treatment of waste water.
• Our experience has allowed us to carry out from the laboratory analysis
and the selection of the best technology for its implementation and
operation to comply with Mexican regulations.
18. Radial fans
• Lapsolite, after being acquired by the company Hürner GmbH has allowed us to
have a high degree of specialization to offer the plastic fans with the best price,
quality and also if necessary the fulfillment of materials and requirements according
to ATEX standards.
19. Cooling towers
• Lapsolite from the 80's, in partnership with the German company
Balcke-Dürr began to market cooling towers in the domestic market as
it acquired very important contributions in the experience, technology,
design and construction of cooling towers.
• Lapsolite has integrated different improvements to its designs, so we
have now managed to create better designs, having as impact the best
efficiency in water cooling.
21. Environmental control systems
• Lapsolite from 2000 to date, together with our business partner, TREMA
GmbH (www.trema.de), acquired the technology for the removal of
gases with inorganic substances.
• Lapsolite offers a wide range of possibilities from the manufacturing to
a turnkey project, considering from the process analysis, engineering,
manufacturing, assembly, commissioning, etc., of the equipment or the
entire process train to ensure the best treatment in accordance with
Mexican, North American or European regulations (NOM's, EPA, TA-
LUFT).

• Lapsolite is well experienced in Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning
activities and can provide the in-deph experience, guidance and
qualified personnel necessary to provide our clients
equipment's prepared and ready to achieve a successful Start-up.
• Pre-Commissioning activities include: checking for design conformity,
checking the status of electrical, mechanical and instrument
installations, running-in of equipment, flushing and cleaning activities,
drying etc.
28. Commissioning
• Commissioning activities normally consist of activities associated with
running or operating the plant and include operating adjustments
necessary for satisfactory operation of the plant or part thereof.
