Ss are shown pictures of different types of bedrooms  2 Pre-tasklistening-watching: Revising ss new vocabulary which they may need to understand the listening. Match word in column A with a picture in column B (handout 1). Briefly drill pronunciation as this is important for understanding the listening.  3 Listening and watching for general information: Ss listen and watch the video for the first time and in pairs complete handout 2 as to where are these objects found: bathroom, bedroom, office. (Handout 2). Ss are asked to check in pairs and then in group.  4 Listening and watching for specific information T forms 3 groups and tells ss to listen and watch the video for the second time and ss have to categorize the vocabulary belonging to: bathroom, bedroom, office. (Handout 3). Each group speaks out the answers for one the words of one room. 5 Follow-on Task. Speaking practise: In pairs ss are asked walk in the room and point to different objects in the bedroom, bathroom and office and ask and answer the same questions as in the video. T monitors.
