某所で実施した、ペルソナおよびカスタマージャーニーマップづくりのワークショップです。
ユーザーのニーズが多岐にわたるサービスのため、多種多様なユーザーストーリー (As a [role], I want [goal/desire] so that [benefit].) を洗い出し、そこからプラグマティックペルソナを組み上げてゆくアプローチを採ってみました。
