format of .docx. This is very useful because you can share this document with any other person
so he or she are able to modify it at the same time you are doing it. Many students use Google
Drive when they have an online assignment such as a homework from Statistics. Nonetheless,
the set of features that the word sheet contains are limited compared with MS Word.
 Google Spreadsheets: This web collaboration tool allows you to create, edit, download, and
share documents in a format of .xlsx, the same format that MS Excel uses. In the same way as
Word documents, the tool allows you to share the document to your teammates so they can
modify it with some limitations compared with MS Excel.
 Google presentations: This is the equivalent of MS Power Point. The same methodology than
Word documents and Google spreadsheets. It is very important to work and modify slides with
your teammates online.

Linked In can be a magnificent launch pad for those who want to be successful and get greater job opportunities;
however, we need to know how to use it and how to make our profile seem attractive in the eyes of employers.
This tool allows you to find new jobs, entrepreneurship seminars, get involved in professional networks, and learn
from other people experiences and advices. While you get into the platform, you realize that many HR managers
are using it to find new potential employees for their companies. Here is where the importance of having a good
profile in Linked in relies on.

recommended to you has a certain level of credibility. In the same way, you can leave
recommendations for your contacts to enhance their resume and profile. Moreover, the feature
“Following” helps to be on top of any movement in companies or CEOs’ profiles. We can be
aware of any promotion in the company, advices and suggestions made by important business
people, new job opportunities offered by companies, among others. The feature group helps you
to keep in contact with people with your same interests and learn from them, read articles or any
other posts they do, or know about new opportunities that they can inform you. Furthermore,
feature “companies” informs you about news from the companies you follow, posts made by
themselves, advices, or even new job opportunities. Finally, one of the most important features is
“Jobs”, which tells you about some job opportunities related to your career and experience.
