an almost unlimited number of materials.

that can dependably respond to short run quantities or production runs into
millions of pieces. WCG maintains state-of-the-art equipment, awareness

WaterJet Cutting Center
An ideal technology for precision part production from flat stock,
WCG's Water Jet Center can output complex flat patterns from almost any
material, including rubber, metal, plastic, glass, ceramics, composites
and many others. All positioning and cutting can be to ±.005", controlled
by CAD drawings or DXF. files. This valuable, in-house capability is ideal
for short-run production, just-in-time manufacturing needs, tooling and
prototype development. Smooth finishing can eliminate otherwise costly
secondary machining. An extremely clean operation, no noxious gases,
liquids or oils are used in the process.
Capabilities include machining of a wide range of materials and
thicknesses, cutting of extremely hard, reflective and non-conductive
materials. End products are not subjected to excess heat, thereby
retaining structural integrity.

thicknesses. WCG lathe cutting services can
be useful when combined with value-added

up, and thicknesses as thin as .025" can be
manufactured. Lathe cutting is also ideal for
fast turn-around prototype parts or short run

Pressure Sensitive Adhesive Applications
Virtually all products, regardless of
shape and size, can be processed with
peel-back adhesive for effective installation
and bonding functions when installing the
gasket or seal to any surface.
Packaging & Identification
All WCG products can be identified for
inventory, inspection, general identity or
other installation purposes, with numbering,
bar code or other identification markings.
Direct marking, stamping or labeling can
be applied as a cost-saving step prior to
packaging and shipment.

Hand Cutting
For small quantity parts and specialty
items, WCG hand cutting services offer an
ideal alternative to other secondary opera-
tions. Our hand cutting department can cut
all types of rubber, sponge, paper, or plastic
materials to your sample or drawing. Some
parts may be best cut in our WaterJet
Cutting Department.
Extrusion Splicing and Cutting
In-house vulcanizing of rubber and
thermoplastic extrusions. All sizes and
materials cut to precise length with extrusion
cutting equipment. Small and large volume
cutting and splicing performed in a timely
