The WBIS Healthy & Wise Women's Program aims to create strong relationships between members, improve their health and fitness, and give back to society by supporting women's health events. The objectives are to set and accomplish health goals, support each other's health and fitness needs, improve family diets and health, and contribute back to society. These objectives are achieved by meeting monthly to learn health topics, working in pairs and groups, giving unconditional support to members, and offering organizational support to causes that support women's health and well-being.
