from 8/06/00 to 31/03/01.
Now going to work mainlyasa BBC SAP Lead Trainerfor Wave2 on Sales
Courses (SD Module)and SAP Basics-(Note: this is mentioned in the
summaryas Lead Trainerfor 4 months before being promoted to SAP
Transition Manager For Marketing andCommunications).
2. Achievementatwork over and beyond the objectives set at the beginningof
the year.
 Customised SpecialSalesOrderCourse to CommissionersCOM 130-
Not expected to writeup course material(OutsideSAP Consultants
were supposed to) , create data and delivera large partof the course to
Radioand Television ProgrammeCommissioners. Task completed with
very littlenotice of the trainingdeliverydate but managed tocomplete
task.

Train the Trainer.
Delivered a lot of SalesCourses in different locationsof the BBC. Trained SD
Modulein BBC Bristol, Birmingham and Manchester(after Wave1 )
Involved asa participantin the pilotsessions of the Costing, Budgeting&
forecasting courses becauseof mymanagement accounting background.So
ableto giveuseful feedback as a CIMA qualified managementaccountant
who had worked in the BBC Documentaries, Factual Group, Independent
CommissioningGroup and Radio4 prior to joining the BBC SAP
implementationProject.
Ableto learn from attending PilotCourses and learning on the job. It would
have been very useful to be formallytrained bySAP in order to gain an
understandingon how the software had been configured for the BBC and see
if any additional functionalityis needed.
Ableto attend all MM and FICO courses free of charge because of being a
BBC SAP trainer.
