2. INTRODUCTION
 As chairman of the Waterfield Group, J. Randall (Randy)
Waterfield extends a family legacy of offering low cost financial
services to clients. J. Randall (Randy) Waterfield manages the
Waterfield Group's business operations. He also supports IPFW
college through the Waterfield Campus Housing program.
Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW) is the
largest university in the metropolitan area of northeast Indiana.
IPFW was consolidated in 1964 from a merger between Indiana
University and Purdue University. IPFW has a student
population of more than 12,000. Almost half of its students are
from the first generation in their family to attend a university,
and seventy-five percent of the student body receives financial
aid.

3. IPFW
 IPFW provides housing on the Waterfield Campus, which
is part of the college’s 688-acre campus. These units
were built in August of 2004 and house approximately
1,200 residents. The amenities in the Waterfield Campus
housing include security, private bedrooms, cable, full-
sized kitchens, and high-speed internet. The commons
areas each have a computer lab, a large-screen
television, and a lounge with a fireplace. In addition, the
clubhouse has a fitness center, game tables and rooms
for congregating. The outdoor gathering area has
barbecue spaces and outdoor kitchens. The Waterfield
Campus Housing is in high demand among the students
attending IPFW.
