This document summarizes a project involving teachers from several European countries using warm-up activities to improve English learning for students ages 8-11. Over 80 students participated from February to May 2020. The activities aimed to make students more comfortable with their teachers and motivated to learn English. Activities included tongue twisters, dice games, online games, group presentations about their countries, and making e-books. Teachers shared descriptions of specific warm-up games involving vocabulary, speaking, and teamwork skills. An evaluation surveyed teachers and students about the benefits of the project.
