Walter Russell's cosmology theory proposes that the universe is governed by a fundamental two-cycle wave motion and "Rhythmic Balanced Interchange" principle. All motion in the universe, including light, electricity, matter, and life, arises from the interaction of pairs of polarized light spirals seeking equilibrium within the zero-curvature planes of a cubic magnetic wave-field. Russell also developed theories of zero-point energy and methods for elemental transmutation that he believed humanity was not ready for at the time.
