Abstract—This paper presents the history of the development of an innovation from its original inception
in the Motors and Generators class at Heritage College in 1980. It is a story which traces the journey of an
inspired idea that was planted in the open and innocent mind of a naive student. It includes the series of
cataclysmic events which propelled and sustained its continual development from a notion of pure science
fiction and a complete blasphemy of accepted scientific principles through all the various layers of human
myopia, rigidly defended, reinforced scientific prejudices and dogma to a US patented technology and new
laws of physics which explain its operation and unravel much that preceded it.
This is a story of a twenty year journey of scientific discovery which began shortly after 9/11. The desire
for truth and a real “life and death” mystery search for a new viable peace option within a world
structure that is literally addicted to telling itself lies and the subsequent necessity of killing each other
and ultimately itself at an ever increasing rate in order to protect and perpetuate those lies.
One of the most amazing and humbling discoveries of modern science is the fact that all existence is not
only invisible to our senses and instruments, but also without mass or configuration. Even the 1 percent
that does comprise our physical universe is solid only because of relatively stable configurations of energy.
Among the greatest scientists – including Niels Bohr, Max Planck, Werner Heisenberg, and Albert
Einstein – it has been concluded that there is still room in a rational universe for incomprehensible and
unimaginable wonders.
The incomprehensible and previously unimagined wonder being presented here in this paper as this
journey comes full circle to fruition is that energy is not finite as we have been lead to believe and that it
can indeed be created. Not only can energy be created in infinite amounts but it can also be created and
harnessed at infinite efficiency as well and as required for ever.
The shift to this new perspective and revelation will also bring humanity full circle as well. Once we
discover that everything being presented here is not even new at all. It has always existed albeit just in a
different form and a different expression. That everything here has always been right before our very eyes
the entire time – only our ability to see and experience it in beneficial ways has been diverted and
obscured by faulty, unevoled beliefs which no longer serve our ever evolving society or our future survival.
