Mission Statement

“Our goal at Walla Street Investment Capital is to provide investors with high and
consistent returns through a stock trading and real estate investing strategy. We hope to
achieve and build a sustainable investing business that will grow into a multi-million dollar
company. We believe through the advanced investing strategy that we have created, we will be
able to build a highly professional working relationship with our present and future investors
enabling us to grow and prosper in the years to come.”

CEO and founder: Christopher T. Walla

                            Executive Summary and Business Profile

Walla Street Investment Capital has been in business for only one year (2010-2011). We
have built all three of our business branches within the first year of operation. The three
branches are the stock trading branch, real estate branch (residential properties), and our safe
investment branch. Walla Street Investment Capital is a one-man operation with a single
employee, Christopher Walla. Mr. Walla who has been a stock trader for one year and has been
investing in real estate for the past six years, acquires investors to invest in one or all three of
his investing branches. He trades common shares of public companies in the New York Stock
Exchange and NASDAQ Exchange through a discount broker and sells rehab and foreclosed
homes with A & A Executive Properties. Mr. Walla backs all of his business trading profits and
real estate profits in safe government bonds and other guaranteed investments like certificate
of deposits (CD’s )in order to protect investors’ profits and in doing so, Walla Street Investment
Capital in theory secures a liquid and high return on investors’ investments. All rehab work on
real estate investment properties is provided through local handy-man businesses in the area
where the investment property is located. This will make more sense when you read the
detailed description on each individual branch that makes up Walla Street Investment Capital.

                                                                                                   3
Money Tree Strategy

The Money Tree Strategy is a strategy that starts out small and grows to yield higher profits
as the years go on. By using different types of investment vehicles this can be achieved. The
symbolism of this shotgun approach to investing is that each division of my investment business
forms a new branch on this metamorphic tree which is my strategy. As the tree grows, new
branches will form and grow. This would include our future plans to trade currency,
commodities, and expand to new areas where we will buy and sell investment properties. In
short, this tree produces endless amounts of money instead of fruit, which is much more
applicable to investors’ bank accounts.

The Different Branches that Form the Money Tree Strategy

                                         Stock Trading Branch

Our stock trading branch and strategy has been created through much research and
development this last past year. In 2010, Mr. Walla traded an estimated 50 million dollars using
leverage funds and an estimated 1 million shares of various public companies through day
trading and swing trading strategies. Much of this branch has been tweaked and perfected this
past year. Our business uses Scottrade as our discount broker and middle man to access the
stock market. Scottrade was chosen to be our broker for their high-end trading software
“Scottrade Elite” for professional traders and their low-trade rates (commissions) of only $7
dollars a trade. It takes $7 to buy an x amount of shares and to sell an x amount of shares. This
means it takes $14 dollars to trade any amount of xyz shares. This service was much cheaper
than other discount brokers like E-Trade and Ameritrade. As a trader Mr. Walla uses Scottrade
Elite, which provides the high- end tools needed to perform our stock trading strategy. Our
stock trading strategy consists of a mix of day trades and swing trades. For example, xyz shares
are trading at $20.00 in the morning and hike up to $22.00 within the hour. A typical day trade
would be to purchase $100,000 dollars’ worth of xyz shares at $20.00 a share and of course
then sell when the shares hit $22.00 dollars a share. At the end of this trade, we have earned a
nice profit. A typical swing trade would be very similar, but we would hold xyz shares for a week
or a month before selling it for a profit. We buy and sort stocks of big cap companies; we aren’t
trading in companies that are penny stocks or stocks under $10.00 dollars. The companies must
have a multi-billion dollar market cap. This is way more complex than we can describe, but
that’s the basic idea behind a typical stock trade. We use velocity and forces to measure the

                                                                                               4
ratio of buyers and sellers that are entering the market per second to determine how much the
stock is going to move up or down. We use charting software with technical indicators to follow
and determine the trends of stocks. We also use Scottrade Trader Elite’s level 2 analysis to see
what world- wide exchanges are buying and selling and also to determine the liquidity of our
position or to determine if it’s worth the risk of trading xyz shares. As a trader, Mr. Walla works
from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time Zone every day and sometimes trades in pre-market
and after-market sessions. Mr. Walla is connected 24 hours of each day to live alerts on his e-
mail, phone, and computer system. We use a Falcon Trading Computer with an I-7 processor
which accesses information very quickly, an extremely important component needed for the
ever changing market. We have eight monitors connected to our trading computer providing
convenience. It is as if eight pairs of eyes are watching the market at once. We use a high-
speed internet connection which is needed for trading. This branch has been up and running for
the past year and is ready to be launched fully in the upcoming months in 2011. This branch is
difficult to describe in words and takes a great deal of knowledge in a trading background to
fully understand what we are exactly doing.

Real Estate Branch ( Residential Properties)

Our goal in our real estate branch is to buy homes through tax liens, tax sales, and
foreclosure auctions. We buy some homes for pennies on the dollar. Our main focus is to flip
these investment properties as quickly as possible to produce a fast, high- yielding return. From
our experience this can vary from one week to a few months; however in the last two years we
have been selling on average, several homes in one to two months. The first thing we do is
locate and acquire a foreclosed property from a tax sale or a foreclosure auction depending on
the situation. We determine how will we fix and remodel the investment property to increase
its value and sell it as fast as we can find a buyer. We hire local businesses to repair and install
the fixtures or appliances needed to increase the value of the home. By hiring local businesses,
we are able to use affordable labor at the highest quality of work to get the house back into
shape so we can put it back on the market. This means we do not have full- time employees
and therefore, do not have to provide benefits to anyone. By hiring service providers, we
greatly reduce labor cost and the cost of transportation which in turn means our business
enjoys a larger gross profit. Currently, Walla Street Investment Capital has joined A & A
Executive Properties which is a very successful small business that has proved this strategy
works. We buy homes in the Midwest and Florida areas. We follow the areas where people are
buying homes at an exponential rate. Our main purpose is to flip as many homes as possible, as
fast as we can. Profits from these investment properties can vary from a low of $5,000 to well

                                                                                                  5
above $100,000. A & A Executive Properties has never lost on an investment property and has
sold hundreds of homes. They are in a high-growth mode; by joining A & A Executive
Properties, there is no doubt in my mind that this will ensure that Walla Street Investment
Capital becomes a sustainable, high-yielding business. Our working relationship is very strong
and I know the company on a personal level because I’m a former employee of theirs. We have
a unique way of marketing our homes that we flip. Besides using realtors all the time, we began
using internet platforms such as E-Bay to advertise our homes to buyers. This has been a great
success and has led to a much faster way to find buyers. A & A Executive Properties is one of
the first businesses to use E-Bay as a vehicle to sell their homes. Buying and selling real estate
on E-bay is still developing and not many real estate groups and businesses use this internet
base platform. This has helped us to have a mover’s advantage over other small real estate
investing businesses.

                                        Safe Investment Branch

This Branch is the simplest division in our business. The purpose of this branch is to
protect our profits and secure returns for Walla Street Investment Capital’s investors. Every
time we make a profit from a real estate deal or a trading profit, we take that profit and invest
it into safe investments such as bank CD’s and government bonds etc. By doing this, we protect
profits for tax time and help keep some of our assets liquid. Also another advantage of safe
investments is that we will make a little extra money while protecting our profits. The key to
our business success is to have our investors’ money consistently working for us to boost our
profitability.

                                            Management Summary

This is a one-man operation. We do use service providers as our work force like
Scottrade and other service providers to fix up our investment properties, but these are middle
men and not our full-time employees. This has been a great benefit and helps reduce the cost
of our business operations.

                                      Company Ownership

                                                                                                6
Ownership belongs to all of Walla Street Investment Capital’s investors and CEO
Christopher Walla.

Company Location and Where We Do Business

We do our trading division through the internet and our real estate division is done in the
upper Midwest and Florida areas. Our office is located at our local residency.

Status of Walla Street Investment Capital

We are at the break-even stage, but have acquired the necessary equipment that is
needed to run our business and are looking for investors to help fund our operation to bring us
high profitability in 2011.

                                              Current Investors

Investor1: $20,000

Investor2: $12,000

                                                                                               7
Investor3: $19,000

Investor4: $4,000

The total- to- date is $55,000

                                             The Problem We Face

We cannot operate all three divisions at once and without sufficient working capital.

Projected Profitability if We Raise $900,000 Dollars*

First year: $200,000 to $300,000

Second year: $300,000 to $600,000

Third year: $400,000 to $1,000,000

*This is an estimate, but can be much higher if we get serious investors to invest.

                                     Why Should You Invest?

The possibility for success and high return on an investor’s investment is phenomenal.
This is a unique and advanced investing strategy that has great potential. We have a huge
market to choose from and the possibilities are truly endless. Our main focus is to provide a
service investment vehicle where we can generate huge amounts of money. There is much
room for expansion. We want to form a strong bond between business and investors to form a
family. In doing so, we want to provide a situation where everybody is a winner!

                                                                                                8
What Type of Return Can an Investor Expect?

This is extremely hard to determine at this stage of the game because our operation is
very small at this time, but our goal is to produce an annual return of 20% to 30%. This percent
can greatly vary and can be much higher or lower. I believe that the return on investments can
be much larger if we raise the much needed working capital to fund all three of our business
divisions. It has been extremely hard to fund all three divisions with our current $55,000 dollar
investment. The more working capital we can acquire, the greater the odds are that our
business will produce a higher return for our investors.

                                                                                                    9

As a trader, Mr. Walla works from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time Zone every day and sometimes trades in pre-market and after-market sessions. Mr. Walla is connected 24 hours of each day to live alerts on his e- mail, phone, and computer system. We use a Falcon Trading Computer with an I-7 processor which accesses information very quickly, an extremely important component needed for the ever changing market. We have eight monitors connected to our trading computer providing convenience. It is as if eight pairs of eyes are watching the market at once. We use a high- speed internet connection which is needed for trading. This branch has been up and running for the past year and is ready to be launched fully in the upcoming months in 2011. This branch is difficult to describe in words and takes a great deal of knowledge in a trading background to fully understand what we are exactly doing. Real Estate Branch ( Residential Properties) Our goal in our real estate branch is to buy homes through tax liens, tax sales, and foreclosure auctions. We buy some homes for pennies on the dollar. Our main focus is to flip these investment properties as quickly as possible to produce a fast, high- yielding return. From our experience this can vary from one week to a few months; however in the last two years we have been selling on average, several homes in one to two months. The first thing we do is locate and acquire a foreclosed property from a tax sale or a foreclosure auction depending on the situation. We determine how will we fix and remodel the investment property to increase its value and sell it as fast as we can find a buyer. We hire local businesses to repair and install the fixtures or appliances needed to increase the value of the home. By hiring local businesses, we are able to use affordable labor at the highest quality of work to get the house back into shape so we can put it back on the market. This means we do not have full- time employees and therefore, do not have to provide benefits to anyone. By hiring service providers, we greatly reduce labor cost and the cost of transportation which in turn means our business enjoys a larger gross profit. Currently, Walla Street Investment Capital has joined A & A Executive Properties which is a very successful small business that has proved this strategy works. We buy homes in the Midwest and Florida areas. We follow the areas where people are buying homes at an exponential rate. Our main purpose is to flip as many homes as possible, as fast as we can. Profits from these investment properties can vary from a low of $5,000 to well 5
  • 6. above $100,000. A & A Executive Properties has never lost on an investment property and has sold hundreds of homes. They are in a high-growth mode; by joining A & A Executive Properties, there is no doubt in my mind that this will ensure that Walla Street Investment Capital becomes a sustainable, high-yielding business. Our working relationship is very strong and I know the company on a personal level because I’m a former employee of theirs. We have a unique way of marketing our homes that we flip. Besides using realtors all the time, we began using internet platforms such as E-Bay to advertise our homes to buyers. This has been a great success and has led to a much faster way to find buyers. A & A Executive Properties is one of the first businesses to use E-Bay as a vehicle to sell their homes. Buying and selling real estate on E-bay is still developing and not many real estate groups and businesses use this internet base platform. This has helped us to have a mover’s advantage over other small real estate investing businesses. Safe Investment Branch This Branch is the simplest division in our business. The purpose of this branch is to protect our profits and secure returns for Walla Street Investment Capital’s investors. Every time we make a profit from a real estate deal or a trading profit, we take that profit and invest it into safe investments such as bank CD’s and government bonds etc. By doing this, we protect profits for tax time and help keep some of our assets liquid. Also another advantage of safe investments is that we will make a little extra money while protecting our profits. The key to our business success is to have our investors’ money consistently working for us to boost our profitability. Management Summary This is a one-man operation. We do use service providers as our work force like Scottrade and other service providers to fix up our investment properties, but these are middle men and not our full-time employees. This has been a great benefit and helps reduce the cost of our business operations. Company Ownership 6
  • 7. Ownership belongs to all of Walla Street Investment Capital’s investors and CEO Christopher Walla. Company Location and Where We Do Business We do our trading division through the internet and our real estate division is done in the upper Midwest and Florida areas. Our office is located at our local residency. Status of Walla Street Investment Capital We are at the break-even stage, but have acquired the necessary equipment that is needed to run our business and are looking for investors to help fund our operation to bring us high profitability in 2011. Current Investors Investor1: $20,000 Investor2: $12,000 7
  • 8. Investor3: $19,000 Investor4: $4,000 The total- to- date is $55,000 The Problem We Face We cannot operate all three divisions at once and without sufficient working capital. Projected Profitability if We Raise $900,000 Dollars* First year: $200,000 to $300,000 Second year: $300,000 to $600,000 Third year: $400,000 to $1,000,000 *This is an estimate, but can be much higher if we get serious investors to invest. Why Should You Invest? The possibility for success and high return on an investor’s investment is phenomenal. This is a unique and advanced investing strategy that has great potential. We have a huge market to choose from and the possibilities are truly endless. Our main focus is to provide a service investment vehicle where we can generate huge amounts of money. There is much room for expansion. We want to form a strong bond between business and investors to form a family. In doing so, we want to provide a situation where everybody is a winner! 8
  • 9. What Type of Return Can an Investor Expect? This is extremely hard to determine at this stage of the game because our operation is very small at this time, but our goal is to produce an annual return of 20% to 30%. This percent can greatly vary and can be much higher or lower. I believe that the return on investments can be much larger if we raise the much needed working capital to fund all three of our business divisions. It has been extremely hard to fund all three divisions with our current $55,000 dollar investment. The more working capital we can acquire, the greater the odds are that our business will produce a higher return for our investors. 9
