The ‘web of things’ or ‘internet of things' simply describes the relationship between human beings and everyday objects using the internet.
A world where lighting is controlled by the genre of music being played and our fridges notifying us that we need more juice to replace the vitamins lost on the cycle commute is a very real one. The ‘web of things’ is happening.
An era of devices that intertwine with our clothing and bodies (wearable technology) is upon us.
If you are to cast your minds back to 2010 and the release of the iPad and recall the cries of ‘Why? Why would we need such a product? How does this help me in life?’
And look at us now, eagerly awaiting the next iteration and it’s accompanying accessories.
The same thing will inevitably happen when the impending wearable technologies crash over us. Google Glass, Samsung and Apple’s smart watches will change the way we consume products, socialise and work.

Banyak sistem pemanas air panas matahari memiliki tangki penyimpanan air terisolasi di tempat yang sama dengan pemanas air tradisional. Air dingin masuk dari air utama dan melalui sistem pipa, katup dan pompa, ia masuk ke kolektor surya dan kembali ke tangki penyimpanan. Jenis pemanas air panas matahari lainnya harus menjaga tangki penyimpanan di atas kolektor surya, jadi juga di luar-biasanya lebih tinggi di atap.
Either way, ada banyak pipa, fitting, katup, pompa dan kontrol yang perlu diperiksa secara teratur untuk memastikan mereka bekerja. Mereka tidak perlu diperiksa setiap bulannya, tapi dua kali setahun tidak terlalu banyak meminta cek kesehatan, Fitting harus ketat, katup tidak boleh menempel, pompa harus beroperasi secara otomatis dan seharusnya tidak ada keretakan, kebocoran atau kerusakan apapun pada tangki penyimpanan.

GOOGLE GLΛSS By Google X and Google.inc
Google Glass (styled "GLΛSS") is a wearable computer with an optical head-mounted display (OHMD) that is being developed by Google in the Project Glass research and development project, with a mission of producing a mass-market ubiquitous computer. Google Glass displays information in a smartphone-like hands-free format,[8] that can communicate with the Internet via natural language voice commands.
Glass is being developed by Google X, which has worked on other futuristic technologies such as driverless cars. The project was announced on Google+ by Project Glass lead Babak Parviz, an electrical engineer who has also worked on putting displays into contact lenses; Steve Lee, a product manager and "geolocation specialist"; and Sebastian Thrun, who developed Udacity as well as worked on the autonomous car project. Google has patented the design of Project Glass.

Effective Application Security in Software Delivery lifecycle using Deployment Firewall and DBOM
The modern software delivery process (or the CI/CD process) includes many tools, distributed teams, open-source code, and cloud platforms. Constant focus on speed to release software to market, along with the traditional slow and manual security checks has caused gaps in continuous security as an important piece in the software supply chain. Today organizations feel more susceptible to external and internal cyber threats due to the vast attack surface in their applications supply chain and the lack of end-to-end governance and risk management.
The software team must secure its software delivery process to avoid vulnerability and security breaches. This needs to be achieved with existing tool chains and without extensive rework of the delivery processes. This talk will present strategies and techniques for providing visibility into the true risk of the existing vulnerabilities, preventing the introduction of security issues in the software, resolving vulnerabilities in production environments quickly, and capturing the deployment bill of materials (DBOM).

Climate impact / sustainability of software testing discussed on the talk. ICT and testing must carry their part of global responsibility to help with the climat warming. We can minimize the carbon footprint but we can also have a carbon handprint, a positive impact on the climate. Quality characteristics can be added with sustainability, and then measured continuously. Test environments can be used less, and in smaller scale and on demand. Test techniques can be used in optimizing or minimizing number of tests. Test automation can be used to speed up testing.
