Process orientation – the use in marketing Challenges | Methods | SolutionsPeter Senkus
This document discusses using process orientation in marketing. It begins by noting that society is undergoing a transformation that presents great business opportunities over the next 100 years. To take advantage of these opportunities, businesses need to identify stakeholder needs, design good products/services, efficiently deliver them at a fair price while evaluating impacts.
The document then discusses how marketing has evolved through various waves such as the agrarian wave, industrial wave, and information wave. It notes how marketing is constantly changing and lists some approaches for 2.0 and 3.0 marketing such as emotional marketing and values-driven marketing.
Finally, the document presents a case study of a project using software to help with eye diagnostics and treatment, mapping it out
The document discusses the evolution of marketing from versions 1.0 to 3.0. Marketing 1.0 was product-centric and focused on mass production and sales. Marketing 2.0 became more consumer-oriented and enabled by new technologies. Marketing 3.0 aims to make the world a better place by aligning business values with social values and enabling collaboration. It emphasizes sustainability, social responsibility and spiritual well-being over short-term financial goals. The document also outlines some of the changes driving this evolution and examples of companies adopting a Marketing 3.0 approach.

CHALLENGES FOR FACULTY MANAGEMENT IN RAPIDLY CHANGING ENVIRONMENTPeter Senkus
This document discusses challenges for faculty management in a rapidly changing environment. It identifies four main challenges: innovation, demography, technology, and wars/conflicts. It proposes using tools like the business model canvas and process modeling to address these challenges. The goal is for faculties to share knowledge through international conferences, use technology for teaching, attract both domestic and international students, and build bridges through shared activities. This will help faculties adapt, remain sustainable and effective organizations, and meet their goals in today's dynamic environment.
The Challenges for Nigerian agriculture in 21-st centuryPeter Senkus
The document discusses the challenges facing Nigerian agriculture in the 21st century. It provides key figures on Nigeria's population, GDP, technology access, and agricultural workforce and production. Several challenges are identified, including insufficient input supply, lack of financing, inadequate infrastructure and logistics, limited production and market access, and poor federal-state coordination of policy. Significant gaps remain between domestic supply and demand for crops like rice, wheat, and livestock. The document suggests Nigeria needs new development scenarios drawing from past waves of change and applying principles of sustainable "Cradle to Cradle" design to address these agricultural challenges.
Leadership in New Wave (in Private, Public and Non-Profit Organizations) Peter Senkus
The document discusses leadership principles and theories of change. It covers Dee Hock's perspective on being at a moment of great change and transition. Alvin Toffler's wave theory is presented, including the agrarian first wave, industrial second wave, and emerging information third wave. Leadership principles are listed, along with an LDRSHIP leadership code. The document suggests leaders avoid assumptions, try new approaches, delegate responsibilities, and watch out for overconfidence from success. It closes with a Einstein quote about solving problems with new thinking.

Teoria fal Tofflera – I fala - agrarna

sposoby
wytwarzanie
stali,
upowszechnienie
elektryczności, przyniosła nowe środki transportu i masowej komunikacji oraz
upowszechniła standaryzację i uniformizację.

Teoria fal Tofflera – III fala - informacyjna
Usługi związane z trzecią falą to przede
wszystkim usługi kreowania i pomnażania wiedzy i nowoczesnych technologii; trzecia
fala jest dopiero w początkowej fazie i napotyka opór obrooców drugiej fali.
