The counselor then helped Sid conduct a funeral ritual for her father in a church garden to help her process her grief and guilt, which involved praying, crying, and saying goodbye. This deeply moving experience provided Sid catharsis and allowed her to begin healing from her trauma.

THE MICRO FORUM TECHNIQUE AS NEURAL NETWORKER
The document discusses the micro-forum technique as a form of neural networking. It is a constant structure that can be repeated to expand one's neural network and stimulate behavioral change. The technique balances observation and participation to create a balanced memory base and stimulate the ability to shift between cognitive functions fluidly. The goal is to reactivate the innate ability to adjust easily between perspectives through this formula of growth.
THE BIRTH OF THE MICRO FORUM TECHNIQUE
This document describes the development of the Micro Forum technique for group facilitation. The author arrived to facilitate a tense group of prisoners and used improvisational games and role-playing to shift the group's energy and perspective. By having the men take on roles as elders discussing life challenges, their mindsets changed from prisoners to philosophical discussants. Through building scenes together about a character named Sean adjusting to life after prison, the group's confidence and openness increased. Their role-playing brought Sean's story to a resolution, providing containment and a well-adjusted platform for the group. The author reflects on finding their facilitation approach and being ready to do meaningful work.

Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.

Vulnerable leadership
- 1. Vulnerable leadership 1. I lead with, not over. 2. I allow leadership to be shared. 3. I am a leader that follows. 4. I am a follower that leads. 5. I walk in vulnerability. Philosophy on Leadership I see a kind of seesaw or a line one end is higher than the other. We see the ‘over’ leader sitting at the top of the seesaw continually trying to maintain himself at the high end of the line, he has too otherwise he will slide down the line into the person sitting at the low end of the seesaw. The ‘over’ leader spends so much time trying to stop himself sliding down that he barely sees who is at the bottom. The only time he really knows about this other person is when he has lost his energy to maintain himself at the top of the seesaw, and lands right on top of the other person at the bottom end. The poor person there is suffocated and stifled. He is scared to death. He was fine a minute before and he knew where he was when he saw the man at the top of the line a fare distance away. He always had his suspicion that the man would slip down and hurt him by landing on him at the bottom. He was never going to try and get up the line, too scary. Anyway there was always the possibility that the man at the top would slid down and block the way. So he stayed at the bottom in fear. And he at the top struggled to maintain his position which cost him his energy. This is the philosophy of leadership. Cc Alix Harrow 2016
