The Council for the Restoration of Filipino Values (CRFV) is a non-profit organization registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission that has been accredited by the Civil Service Commission since 2017 to provide learning and development programs. CRFV was created in 1994 to implement anti-corruption programs and was awarded as the top Corruption Prevention Unit three times between 2000-2002. Since 1994, CRFV has trained over 160,000 government and private sector employees on anti-graft programs centered around restoring Filipino values and upholding ethics codes. CRFV partners with the Civil Service Commission to implement values restoration programs aimed at developing ethical leaders committed to integrity and fighting corruption.
