Martyn is a good listener and pays attention to detail. He tailors his advice and guidance to the individual
and to the situation. He is clear in letting you know the areas which he can advise you on and those areas
which are outside his remit. Martyn is friendly, helpful and professional. He responds to emails,
answerphone messages etc. in a prompt manner. The advice that Martyn provides is clearly explained as
well as his charges. Martyn is very approachable so if you are not sure about something or need something
explained in more detail, you feel comfortable asking him to repeat his advice. He offers value-for-money
advice. Marytn leaves customers with peace of mind, knowing that you have done your best to plan and
provide for the future given your current circumstances.
