INSANITY is easier. Designed to be accomplished in Sixty days, it's broken into two main phases, using the second being the 'MAX' phase where the workouts become even more intense and an intermediary week in-between in places you focus on Core Cardio and Balance for six days in a row, a period Shaun T calls 'Recovery Week'.

Fitness is not an option it’s a necessity. Talent is a god gift, skill is only developed by hours and hours and hours of working on your craft. The secret of greatness lies in the nurturing of mind and pushing your limits every day.
This is your chance to make a change and never be average again. The biggest fight you’ll ever fight in life is the fight with yourself. You need to grind at some point in life, do it today or regret it tomorrow. Make fitness your mindset and watch how it carves out your way to success. A decision can change your life. What matters is when you make that decision. You’re always one decision away from having a completely different life. What matters is what decision you make. One right decision can take you from 0-100 with just click of mindset. Know what you won't do and work for it. If you’re the hardest worker in your room, then you’re in the wrong room. Out of your comfort zone is the place where you find success.

She realized trainers can forget what it's like to be unfamiliar with exercises and lack strength and endurance if they have reached a high level of fitness themselves. The author provides techniques for trainers to effectively coach beginners by addressing physical limitations as well as mental hurdles like low confidence and impatience.

RELEVANCE OF YOGA :
Now-a-days, as we are entering the middle of 21st century, a spiritual heritage is being reclaimed of which yoga is very much a part. While yoga's central theme remains the highest goal of the spiritual path, yogic practices give direct and tangible benefits to every seeker regardless of their spiritual aims. Physical and mental therapy is one of yoga's most important achievements. What makes it so powerful and effective is the fact that it works on the holistic principles of harmony and unification.
Yoga is an ancient practice that originated in India thousands of years ago. It is a holistic discipline that combines physical postures, breath control, meditation, and ethical principles to promote overall well-being. In recent times, the relevance of yoga has grown significantly due to its numerous benefits for individuals, communities, and even the global society. Here are some key aspects that highlight the relevance of yoga:
Physical Health: Yoga offers a wide range of physical benefits. Through various postures (asanas), it improves flexibility, strength, balance, and endurance. Regular practice can help prevent and alleviate chronic conditions such as back pain, arthritis, and cardiovascular issues. Yoga also promotes better body awareness, posture, and overall physical fitness.
Mental Health: In today's fast-paced world, mental health is a growing concern. Yoga provides an effective means of stress reduction and relaxation. By focusing on breath control and mindfulness, it calms the mind, reduces anxiety, and improves mental clarity. Yoga is often used as a complementary therapy for managing depression, and other mental health conditions.
Emotional Well-being: Yoga helps cultivate emotional balance and resilience. It encourages self-reflection and introspection, leading to increased self-awareness and emotional intelligence. By practicing non-judgment and self-acceptance on the mat, individuals develop these qualities in their daily lives, fostering healthier relationships and improved emotional well-being.
Spiritual Growth: Yoga has deep spiritual roots, and it offers a path for personal and spiritual development. It can be seen as a means to connect with one's inner self, explore higher consciousness, and transcend the limitations of the ego. While yoga is not bound to any specific religious belief, it provides a framework for individuals to cultivate their own spiritual journey.
Social Connection: Yoga has a unifying effect on communities. It brings people together in a supportive and inclusive environment. Yoga studios, retreats, and group practices foster a sense of belonging and provide opportunities for social connection. The collective practice of yoga can contribute to a greater sense of unity, empathy, and compassion among individuals.
Physical Rehabilitation: Yoga has been increasingly recognized as a valuable tool in physical rehabilitation and complementary medicine.

There is no better time then today to
celebrate you. It’s the beginning of a new
year, which means you have the perfect
opportunity to start fresh. The first step
to a better tomorrow is identifying your
motivators. Sometimes, it’s hard to stay
motivated after working all day, catering
to the kids, or just trying to complete
daily routines. Exercise is the last thing
you think about during everyday chaos.
Despite what you may think, the trick isn’t
finding your inner enforcer, but rather “it’s
getting creative and tapping your natural
motivations,” says Kelly McGonigal, PhD,
a health psychologist and fitness instructor
at Stanford. What are these motivators? According to Fitness Journal magazine
the primary motivating factors to exercise are metal toughness, becoming
toned and fit, fun and friends, and stress reduction. Find out what makes you
motivated and cater it to your specific needs. It could be something simple
like not putting away your work out gear, investing in more workout clothes,
or turning your commute into a workout. Not putting away workout gear will
give your brain visual cues to wake up and remind you to stay active. Biking,
walking, or running somewhere makes exercise feel time-efficient and effective.
Investing in new workout clothes will reinforce your identity as an exerciser.
Whatever they may be, discover your motivators and start the year off right!

Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random

making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor
at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more
obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and
going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered
the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32
and 1.10.33 of “de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum” (The Extremes of
Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on
the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first
