This document defines several terms: a demagogue is a political leader who appeals to prejudices rather than reason; disparage means to say something is unimportant or not good; derivative means imitative of another's work in a disapproved way; franchise refers to being a voting member who can elect; and contusion is an injured or bruised region of skin where blood vessels have ruptured.
