-Counseling
-Drug and Alcohol treatment
-Child care
-After School Programs

  Center, 430 West 11th Street
  (near corner of 11th and
  Minnesota)
-Safe place for kids
-homework, snacks, play

•    For grades K-2
•    There is a cost
•    Located at Bowden and
     407 N. Spring
•    For students from
     Hawthorne and Lowell Schools
•    Call Mary at 338-3461

•   For grades 3-5
•   Located at Bowden
•   4 hours a day are FREE
    After 4 hours there is a cost
•   For students from
    Hawthorne and Lowell

•   We have vans for students in KCC, KCJr,
    and STARS
•   Students in the Bowden drop in program
    must have own transportation
•   Youth Link is at the school so students
    don’t need transportation

•     We can work with LSS to get a
      translator if needed

• Ask about your child’s
  homework—even if
  you can’t help them!
• Go to school events
