Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to demonstrate the skills to perform as a military soldier in a
combat environment including tactical navigation, landmine defense, military communications and weapons skills.
Practical exercises, discussion, and lecture. Topics include basic tactical training; drill and ceremonies; first aid; guard
duty; land navigation; landmine defense; military communications; moving under direct fire; nuclear, biological, and
chemical defense; physical and mental health; rifle bayonet training; rifle marksmanship; situational training;
soldierization; tactics; and US weapons training.
