• The following has been used to define the concept of study skills
• These relevant sources were used to build on to the matter of
study skills for grade 10.

• By the end of this lesson the learners are aught to have the
following:
• Know what study skills are
• The different methods of studying
• How to use the different methods
• How to plan effectively through trail and error
• What methods works best for them as individuals
• Preparing For a test is a stressful
process unless one make use of the
correct methods.
• Why do we prepare for tests and
exams?
• How must one prepare?
• Note taking- when ever listening to a teacher one must take
notes to help remember has been said.
You need good listening skills

Make use of lines, arrows to link facts.
Try to be as neat and creative as you can
• It mimics exactly what happens in ones brain
• Gets information into and out of brain fast
• Helps in coming up with new ideas
