Victoria Garcia Salinas has over 10 years of experience in operations, private equity, and consulting. She holds an MBA from Duke University and a BS in Economics from ITAM. Most recently, she worked as an Operations Consultant for a startup providing over-the-phone translation services, where she helped launch their product in five months. Prior to that, she held senior analyst and consultant roles with private equity real estate and consulting firms in Mexico, where she executed acquisitions and underwrote investments totaling over $1.5 billion.

Private Equity Real Estate Joint Venture between The Government of Singapore Investment Corporation and The Black
Creek Group comprising four independent funds totaling $1.5billion in capital.

Investments Senior Analyst
 Drafted the prospectus for the public offering, developed road show presentations, and managed day to day
communications and requirements of investors to raise $300 million.
 Selected by the CIO and COO of the fund to coordinate outside teams, and allow seamless interaction between the
management team and the outside participants. Achieved the closing of the $300 million fund without delays.
 Underwrote and drafted investment memos for the acquisition of a road in Chiapas, and for the development of a
regional hospital in Estado de Mexico. More than one third of the fund was committed in less than a year.
 Redesigned the guidelines and procedures from previous funds to meet the new fund’s specific requirements,
ensuring future compliance with the commitments acquired, including the quarterly reports to the Mexican Stock
Exchange and the monthly reports to investors.

Acquisitions and Underwriting Analyst
 Underwrote over 20 retail development transactions resulting in $300 million investments, as well as the execution of
the due diligence efforts for the acquisition of the fourth largest shopping center in Mexico, totaling $40 million.
 Implemented improvements to the budgeting and control system used for over 36 shopping centers worth $550
million investments, by expanding the scope of the reports used to track the project’s monthly performance to include
operational KPIs not considered in the previous reports.
 Built discounted cash flow models to forecast the Fund’s expected return, which provided key information to achieve
the raising of three new funds totaling $1.2 billion in capital.

Transfer Pricing Senior Consultant
 Developed transfer pricing strategies for multinational and Mexican companies resulting in tax savings of over $100
million, including the authorization to register a trademark in Switzerland and the export of oil pipes to Argentina.
 Worked in the restructuring of the supply chain operations of two global pharmaceutical companies in Mexico
allowing the commercialization of two drugs to stay competitive in the $1.8 billion generic drug market in Canada.
