VI Characteristics of a Transistor
⮚The transistor behavior is observed with the help of its V-I characteristic.

⮚I/P Characteristic: Input characteristic of a transistor gives the correlation
betweeni/p current & Vge for a constant output voltage.
⮚O/P Characteristic: Output characteristics of a transistor gives the relationship
between o/p current & o/p voltage for constant input current.
