This document summarizes the results of an employee survey conducted at Vandehey Company. The survey examined employee beliefs and feelings around happiness, communication, organization, job-related intelligence, and motivation. It was distributed to employees in production, management, and sales/design. Overall, production employees had the highest average scores across all survey questions. Sales/design employees had the lowest overall averages, indicating lower happiness, communication, organization, motivation and job intelligence in that group. However, the differences in averages among the three groups were small. Some key findings were that employees strongly agreed with being successful at their jobs and wanting coworkers to succeed.
