 Studying of shop drawings and project specifications
 Ensuring that work is executed in accordance with the approved shop drawings &
Specification, agreed procedures & method statements.
 Supervision of site activities
 Inspection and testing and commissioning.
 visual inspection and making reports
 Attending priority works
 Measurement checking
 Maintaining the site files and records.
 Execution & monitoring of project on daily, weekly & monthly basis.

 Submit weekly progress report in the format to Planning Manager in HO on weekly
basis.
 Attend all internal site coordination meetings and External meetings with Main
contractor/Consultant/Client.
QUALITY OF WORKS:
 Check quality of work at site on a daily basis and report any defective
work/incomplete work to your Project Coordinator and also for Foreman for further
action.
SAFETY OF WORKS:
 Make sure that all our workman wear PPE and they do not carry out any unsafe acts
at site.
 Report any unsafe practices by any of our worker to Project coordinator/Safety
Officer.
 Make sure that Tool Box Talks are conducted for our workers through Foreman/Site
Safety Supervisor/Safety Officer at least thrice a week.
TESTING & COMMISSIONING:
 Prepare testing & commissioning check list as per standard formats and make sure
all defects are attended to immediately and check list are signed by all concerned.
 Prepare As built drawings and Operation & Maintenance Manuals for our respective
work at site and submit to Project Coordinator for onward submission to Main
Contractor/consultant.
