Wells Fargo in various lines of businesses (LOB’s) is centrally tracked for monthly revenues
generated by Regional Managers (RM). The need for Scoreboard tool is to facilitate Employees and
Non employees (Clients) of Wells Fargo on security basis. The current Process of Scoreboard
(Formerly known as CrossSell) is under redevelopment (Business Process Reengineering).
The latest solution caters using common technology tool with Database, ETL, and Analytical &
Reporting through SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS by Microsoft technology.

The project comprises Premium and claims maintenance for all states of US and Canada region
and subject wise set of Ab-Initio graphs / scripts are in run on daily and monthly basis; for which job
monitoring SLA is maintained with client.
Maintaining the existing system iMAX for ALLSTATE using Ab-Initio, Unix and Mainframe.
Apart from monitoring; fortnight release is carried out where enhancements in existing process, code
changes, testing, analysis and QA acceptance is done with documentation
USD is Unicentre Desk where urgent / emergency changes are performed.
Month End Process is critically monitor and carried out within prescribed timelines, along with the
suspense clearance on immediate basis. Suspense’s are unidentified records or erroneous records
which are not loaded in staging and kept aside and clearance is the proc ess of analyzing reason for
the same followed remedies for level of acceptance for those records.

This Project consists of analyzing existing Graphs in Ab-Initio and documenting them at High level.
The process comprise of defining Process flow and Data Flow as per existing Ab-Initio Graphs.
Activity in this exercise is to deep dive into the details within the set of Ab-Initio graphs, analyzing
component that were used and the features for which they were selected. Sequence of the Ab-Initio
components etc;
Provided the details on high level documentation on how the process and the data get treated during
execution of the Ab-Initio graph.
The exercise took place from SYNTEL – Mumbai office in co-ordination with INFOSYS, Pune to cover-up all
the details as required in the project.

▪ About the Solution:
The solution caters to lease processing needs of a financial institution, Wells Fargo (Client
corporate located in US). It covers the end-to-end lease processing needs for Wells Fargo. This project
has mainly 4 modules namely, Origination, Lease Entry, Lease Management and Termination. The
language for the development of software is C# and backend database for the solution is SQL Server
2000. LIMS is a Multi module project, in which reporting and data warehousing are the modules
handled by us (Reporting Team).
Contribution:
▪ Phase wise development planning of 157 Reports.
▪ Feedback on Report Architecture, Understanding Process of DE normalization, and Action plans for
development on deliverables.
▪ Documentation as per CMMI LEVEL-5 standards:

o Project comprises of Data Modeling for a required data mart, SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services),
SSAS (SQL Server Analytical Services) and SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
o Creating the Hierarchical data model that supports reporting needs. Use of SSIS for transforming of the
data from OLTP to Data mart that further required for reporting purpose.
