The document summarizes the results of a usability test conducted on the IQSS Data Science website at Harvard University. The test involved 4 participants performing 7 main tasks on the website. Both quantitative and qualitative data were collected, including task success rates, time on task, satisfaction ratings, and observations. The top 3 usability problems identified were: 1) Unclear terminology of "Roadmap", 2) Confusion that "Lab" was a product, and 3) Confusion between the terminology "Lab" and "Team". Based on the results, recommendations were provided to improve the terminology, information organization, interface design, and search functionality of the website.
