The social media committee of UWIB aimed to increase awareness of their center and ticket sales through Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, blogs, and Snapchat. From October to December 2015, their Instagram followers increased nearly 300% and posts increased 94%, Twitter followers increased 85% and tweets increased 860%, and Facebook page likes increased 5%. Their long term strategy was to be relevant, tag key accounts, post current photos with hashtags, and actively engage and interact across platforms.
