2. After watching the video, head over to the ‘Questions’ tab to see what your team is asking.8

3. 8For each question, you can see the team’s current belief, how many comments have been made, and the last day the question will be open.To weigh in with your bet, simply click the question.

4. Before placing your bet, you can read about what your colleagues think and why. “Liking” their comments will move it up the stack for management.8

5. 8Then, select where you’d like to bet, and choose an amount. The more you wager, the more you can win or lose, and the bigger influence you have.

6. 8Once you’ve bet, you can join the conversation about how to keep the project on track.
