Pakistan and India were emerged based on two nations theory of politicians. This theory let people into a massive conflict and a million of people were killed and around two hundred million people were homeless. On the other side born of a long lasting hated culture among the people of subcontinent, who were lived together in a same place over thousand years. Bangladesh still belongs a half million of this distress people who were migrated from Bihar mostly and other Indian provinces. They use Urdu as their first language. This study focuses about their socialization process and how they are politically deprived due to lack of community organization of their own. Two urban communities of the Dhaka City of Bangladesh were study areas while case study and observation tools were used for collecting qualitative data. The writer he himself has been living more than 40 years in the study area and cases are very close to him.
