This document provides instructions for updating notification settings in the AtHOC emergency notification system used by the USAG Japan. • You may not be at your desk and on your
computer when a disaster strikes.
• Your Family needs to be notified too!
• BOTTOM LINE: Update all sections of the AtHOC
POC page (including home, cell numbers and
personal emails) and ensure your Family is
enrolled in AtHOC as well!

Right click the purple globe.
Then click “update my info”.

After selecting your certificate and inputting your pin, a browser window will pop up.
The self-service devices window is displayed. Input your mobile phone number in the format
below WITH NO SPACES. Simply type 01181, drop the first zero in your phone number, and add
the rest of your cell phone number.
