Euphoric Viberationz is a personal care retail/wholesaler based out of Goldsboro,
North Carolina. Euphoric Viberationz features luxurious fragrance body oils,
organic handmade body soaps, body lotions, candles and incense. Euphoric
Viberationz products strive to provide customers with an exclusive experience like
none other leaving them smelling beautiful and emitting vibes that last a lifetime.
1.2 Customers
The target audience for Euphoric Viberationz is teens and adults, specifically
women because they tend to care much more about personal care products then
men. Even though Euphoric Viberationz plans to focus in on that target market they
do not limit themselves to just women they aim to please the men with phenomenal
innovative products that everyone cannot help but enjoy.
1.3 What Drives Us
Although the personal care industry is highly competitive, we believe that there is
still a special place for Euphoric Viberationz high-quality, Innovative, long-lasting
personal care products. Our goal is to create and market personal care products that
will provide jobs in the personal care industry, leave customers in awe and change
lives.

2.1 Mission Statement
Classy men and sophisticated women who indulge in body fragrances do not even
take the time to realize the peaceful vibes of the aroma in which they emit in their
daily lives. Euphoric Viberationz brings innovation to those peaceful vibes of
aroma through the personal care industry with their luxurious body fragrances and
fragrant flavorful indulgences, including oil base body washes, body lotions,
candles, incense and accessories. With a focus on creating and offering the most
exclusive products, with an emphasis organics and nature, Euphoric Viberationz is
destined to become the home of daily essential & exclusive personal care luxuries.

3. MARKET RESEARCH
3.1 Industry
Euphoric Viberationz will be part of the illustrious personal care Industry. Euphoric
Viberationz plans to specilize in the fragrance body oils and organic products sector
of the personal care industry. Body oils are considered a promising niche in the
market. For the past few years customers and big time fragrance companies have
been becoming more awear of the lasting affects of using body oils versus using
body sprays. Body sprays consist of alchhol which if applied directly to the skin
could have harsh effects and majority of the spray you use gets lost in the air once
sprayed during application. The larger fragrance companies, such as Malin & Goetz
and Tom Ford, released oil based fragrances when they became knowledgable of
this trend. The smaller companies sell locally either in shops, at craft fairs, or
online. This market is more popular in states such as New York and Philidelphia
and has yet spread on a national level. This market still has not quiet reached its
max potential and Euphoric Viberationz feels that by getting involved at this very
moment, they can innovate the industry before its too late.
The global market for personal care products is expected to increase between 3.5
and 4.5 percent over the next five years, with a total market value of US$500
billion by 2020. The market or product ingredients will likely grow even faster over
most of the same forecast period. Valued at US$7.46 billion in 2014, the
ingredients market is expected to reach US$11.76 billion by 2023, representing a
CAGR 5.2 percent. (Chemical suppliers keep pace with global personal care
markets, Adams 2016)
3.2 Customers
The two major groups that Euphoric Viberationz plans to market to are college
students and women between the ages of (18-30) and women between the ages (age
36 - 45) who have an income range of $40,000-60,000 a year. Our target customers
are interested in personal care products and specifically organic based care
products. They value quality and they research the products they buy. Our target

customers are willing to spend more money on products that are of higher quality,
appealing to the eye and last longer.

Euphoric Viberationz competitors are companies who sell fragrances and personal
care, to be more specific companies who have an ideal market such as Bath & Body
Works. The following factors will make Euphoric Viberationz a better pick for
customers:

4.1 Product or Service
Euphoric Viberationz will sell personal care products all oil based and organic (i.e.
body washes and lotions will all be made from natural products such as shea butter,
coco butter, mango butter, kokum butter, jojoba oil, coconut oil, castor oil, almond
oil and fragranced with body oils per customer’s request.) All of these products are
known to work wonders for hydrating and refining skin. Euphoric Viberationz
products strive to provide the following benefits for skin and odor:
Fragrance oil based products help maintain odor for long hours
Shea and Coco butter infused products will help heal and treat skin
conditions
Carrier oil infused products will offer benefits such as antibacterial,
antifungal moisturize, sooth joint, natural laxative also will help with hair
growth

Euphoric Viberationz will communicate with its customers by:
Providing an e-mail newsletter with company news, product information,
and vending schedule.
Using targeted Google and Facebook advertisements.
Utilizing social media such as Twitter,Instagram, YouTube, Facebook,
LinkedIn, Pintrest and Tumblr.
Providing contact information on the company website.
Adding labels on toys that include company name, contact info and web
address.

Currently, the only person in charge of sales for Euphoric Viberationz is the owner,

Yusef L Robinson. As profits increase, Euphoric Viberationz will look to rent out
its first kiosk in Goldsboro, NC and will leave the manging of the kiosk and hiring
up to Khalil Robinson and Parrish Barnes will be in charge of social media and
online marketing. Then based on the progress of that kiosk the business will began
to expand.
