Step 1: First I multiplied 5 and 4 which gave me 20.________ 5(x-4)+35=7x-9 /2 /2 x 12 = = 2x 24 2x-15=9 +15 +15 5x-20+35=7x-9 Step 2:Then I subtracted 5x and 7x which was 2x and 20 plus 35 which was 15.________ Step 3:Next I added 15 on both sides which was 24.________ Step 4: Finally I divided 24 into to 2 which gave me my answer x=12.________
- 4. I learned the following vocabulary words this unit: The hardest part was trying to figure out which one 2 pick. The easiest part was doing the problem and explaining them.
