This document provides instructions for an assignment to create an online travel brochure for an interesting destination. Students will work in groups to choose a destination and develop a brochure covering key information such as benefits of visiting, prices, maps, climate, culture, places of interest, and a promotional cover. Important dates are provided, as are grading rubrics and online resources to assist with the project.

decide on an interesting travel destination you
would like to write about.

5. BRAINSTORMING
- Make a list of any adjectives that describe the place to write about.
- Make a list of phrases you want to use in your brochure.
- Make a list of specific places you plan to advertise as well as some practical
details you plan to write about (hotels, transport, prices).
- Try to plan one day of activities for visitors, such as places to visit and how
to get around.

brochure for tourists is the
promotional cover. Try to get the
best full color pictures, with most
artful and attractive text that you can
