4. The days of you telling me that you don’t feel like going out and walking are over! Starting Sunday after dinner you and me and the kids are going for a complete twenty minute walk. Which we will continue to do after every dinner we eat together.Photo Credit: Freedom McGee
5. Walking is one of the easiest and least expensive ways to better yourself. Walking regularly can really alter your life for the better. It will help reduce the chances for cardiovascular disease and it can also bring our family closer together.
