on it.For example, George Washington is on the one-dollar banknote. He the first
president of the USA.
US dollar banknotes are made up of cotton, not paper.They are all the same
size.In the past, they were all green.Today you can see different colours on
dollar banknotes, such as light purple and yellow.If you look carefully, you can
also see a watermark, and tiny red, blue and silver threads.
