Low temperatures cause chemicals to react slowly.
Earth’s “JUST RIGHT” Temperature, makes it habitable
(temperature range of -15oC to 115oC.
At about 125 degrees Celsius, protein and carbohydrates
start to break apart, high temperature cause the quick
evaporation of water.
