We can speak about three unhealthy habits first: Tobacco, alcohol and drugs, the first
two are accepted by our society and they are very popular in families parties and
holiday eves, and our youth are taking both habits like a step toward adult life, maybe
this habit is between 14 and 25 years old, but the real problem will be when adult
people do not know how to control this consume.
If we accept cigarette and alcohol like normal habits and not like drugs, at the end we
will have a serious problem with our adults, but the real problem is that our government
earn money with this drug by taxes.
Drugs are not allowed in our society, but hashish and marihuana are the first step to
take cocaine and heroin, overall in parties and in the nightlife, but if someone has this
habits, they ruin our life in a few years.
Overweight is a problem in the rich countries, because we eat more than we need and
we don´t practice enough physical activity, in the other way, obesity is a genetic
problem and doctors and hospital have to care these patients.
