I think that the unhealthy habits are dangerous for our health and is better not take it
because some of this like alcohol kill us slowly , other like tobacco deteriorate our quality
life and the obesity don´t allow us to practice some healthy habits like sports very well.
In my opinion the most important things aren´t the drugs or the tobacco so, the most
important thing for my is be happy and enjoy my life without unhealthy habits.
