Social Audit Manual
to help communities relate / to exert control to water institutions in El Salvador
Social audit manual for “Promoting Good Governance in the Torola River Basin of El Salvador”.
Tajikistan water supply companies raise transparency and improve cooperation with
consumers
Supported provided to establish Public Advisory Councils in water supply companies in
Tajikistan, together with the Consumers Union of Tajikistan.
The aim of the Public Advisory Councils is to protect the rights and interests of consumers and
encourage their participation in decision-making processes.
Laos Water utilities take action for improved integrity
In March 2015, four Laotian water utilities from different provinces participated in a water
integrity training, conducted together with UN-Habitat.
The four parties are now engaging in an up-scaling up process to improve integrity
management across their utility operations.

Stockholm Launch of the Water Integrity Global Outlook 2016 at Sida
Integrity Pact in El Salvador for ANDA´s El Salvador Water Utility
The bidding process was completed and the Social Monitor published a report evaluating
integrity of the process. Now a social monitor is evaluating execution of works, to be
finished in Oct 2016.
Costa Rica
The Integrity Action Plan developed for the department for delegated water systems of the
Costa Rican Water and Sanitation Institute (AyA) has been implemented up to 80%.
Accountability for Sustainability programme
Accountability and regulation Module and Mapping exercise for Trainings for UNICEF staff.
Global analysis on accountability in WASH services based on GLAAS 13-14 data.
