2. My name is Nastya. I live in Ukraine and I am
Ukrainian. As for me I love everything which is
Ukrainian. I love Ukrainian traditions and
customs our national clothing but most of all I
love Ukrainian cuisine.
3. It is rich in delicious dishes . My mum and granny
are excellent in cooking . They know a lot of
recipes . But my most favourite dish is
Ukrainian varenyky.
4. My mum makes them with different stuffing such
as cottage cheese , meat , mashed potatoes
with fried onions etc. In summer when there
are different berries mum makes them with
cherries and bluberries.
5. The recipe of varenyky is very simple . To make
the dough you need some flour ? One or two
eggs , some water , a pinch of salt , and your
great desire. What about stuffing ? You can
choose what you like. When the water boils
begin to cook varenyky. Cooked varenyky
remove spoon and place in a bowl with butter .
