Narrative The Genreof my UK film is a Psychological Drama My Film is called “The Forgotten” and is about a Teenage boy who wakes up to find that he is the last person alive on the planet and has also lost all his memories of his friends and family. Overtime He slowly regains his memories and starts to remember various events in his Life. This Slowly gets to him and causes him to become depressed. In the End he will Decide whether he will try to live on with his life and try to forget his past or Bring an end to his own life. The Runtime for my film will be 90 minutes What makes it a UK film? The reason my film idea is a UK film is because it has Asa Butterfield who is a British actor, it will also be filmed and produced in the UK.

Target Audience TheTarget Audience for my Film is around the age of 16- 25 with a socio-economic grouping type E, This is because they are more likely to have disposable income, Also because this film is about a teenage boy and his memories, people may be able to relate to it. This film will appeal to people who are interested in the film “I am legend” as it has the same idea of a character being the last person alive. Release Date The release date of my film is March 25 2016, the reason I have chosen this date is because it will be the Easter holidays and it’s when people will have the time to watch the film, And because it is Friday people will have the weekend to watch the film.
