THE FACTS
What	happen	to	you	if	you	work	for	a	startup
You have more responsibilities.
• The team are smaller
• One specific skill per person: the specialist, but
you do almost everything.
• Hard to get backed up, everybody else is doing
something else.
Loads of opportunities
• You do all the tasks, means you learn more. And
even more
• In “corporate” you’ll likely do repetitive jobs. Do
the same thing over and over again makes you
good at it. But, those thing will be the only thing
you know.
• As team, and the company, grow bigger, you will
be very ready to step up the ladder.
Learn directly from the highest level
• You’ll get very-very close to the founder (and the
C-levels)
• Most of them are the best place for you to learn
something. A lot of things.
• But, yes, it is up to you.
Your work will easily recognized
• There’s only small chance other people will take
credit from your hard work.
• Your ideas, your works, will have real and direct
impact. In live production.
• But… your failure and mistakes will, too.
Value of hard work, ownership, and self-
sustainability
• When you feel you own the products (or the
ideas), then you will work all-out for it. This could
leads to your “sense of ownership” real concept.
• Sense of ownership will shape you into the
unbeatable warrior. Then you’ll love your jobs.
Thank you!
