Objective:
My main objective is to advance to the leading edge of aviation design where I can
develop products through the entirety of there life cycle that meet the demands of the future.
Education:
 Oklahoma State University - Stillwater, Oklahoma. August 2010 - May 2015
Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering
Major: Mechanical Engineering
Minor: Petroleum Engineering
Projects:
Senior Design 2015
My Senior Design Project consisted of designing a stock “Precedent i2” electric club golf
cart to be fully autonomous within 16 weeks. Working under our sponsor Dr. Chowdary and
senior design professor Dr. Delahoussaye of Oklahoma State University we were able to
complete the task. My senior design team worked on steering, braking, and acceleration
control systems as well as a mount systemfor a Light Detection and Ranging Software. A linear
actuator, servo motor, and potentiometer were used for control of the systems. Mounting was
designed to constrain the 30 lb. LIDAR on top of the golf cart. SolidWorks design software was
implemented for all subsystems. FEA (Finite Element Analysis) was performed on the mounting
system. Manufacturing was hired out for the mounting structure and then assembled.
Microsoft Office was implemented for all presentation of material.
Mechanical Design II 2015
In Mechanical Design II a team of my fellow students and I were tasked with designing a
Mars Rover to fit specifications provided by our professor Dr. Conner. My individual task was to
design the lift system and to design the attachments. Bolt analysis was done in order to safely
secure the lift to the Rover. The entire design process included 3 phases of which our team
excelled at. SolidWorks was used analyze the attachments. Microsoft Office was implemented
for all presentation of material.
Manufacturing Processes 2014
During Manufacturing Processes my team of four was tasked with designing a die
process for wire drawing of hot-rolled redraw aluminum 6061-O wire at 92.17 percent
reduction starting at 11.3 mm. Microsoft Office was implemented for all presentation of
material.
Design of Machines and Mechanisms 2013
In Design of Machines and Mechanisms a group of fellow students and I were tasked
with designing a trebuchet that would launch a cue ball the furthest distance using a bowling ball
as counter weight. The entire system could be designed including the arm, sling, and release
mechanism. Our team was successful and reached the furthest distance in a total of three
launches allowed out of our entire class. We used SolidWorks in order to design the arm
mechanism and experimentation to find the appropriate release angle for our sling. SolidWorks
programs were also used in order to estimate the launch distance expected from our mechanism.
This project was given by Dr. Delahoussaye of Oklahoma State University. Microsoft Office was
implemented for all presentation of material.
