El uso de estas lámparas evitará las emisiones de carbono, rebajará los costos para los pescadores y establecerá un modelo a expandir por todo Brasil.
Resultados: 200 familias de pescadores (1,000 personas) podrán comprar las nuevas lámparas, 4 empresas locales serán entrenadas en energía solar; 10,000 familias de pescadores estarán involucradas en actividades de aumento de conciencia con respecto a la energía renovable. Otras micro-empresas recibirán capacitación para vender y mantener las lámparas solares.
